- Parents are requested to maintain cordial relation with the school. Any doubts/clarification can be done with the concerned authority through the school office.
- Check the diary/mobile app to know that day’s assignment or any important announcement.
- Principal can be met in the morning from 10.30a.m to 11.30a.m and in the evening from 4.00p.m to 4.30 p.m on working days.
- Co-ordinator/ Class teachers can be met only in the school from 4.00p.m to 4.30 p.m on working days.
- Children should be dropped at the gate. Parents are not allowed to enter the class room. Late comers will not be entertained.
- Visitors are not allowed to meet the students during school hours.
- If lunch bags are brought, It should be handed over to the Security with Name, Class and Section.
- Kindly inform the office, incase of any change in address or phone number of their wards.
- Both father and mother should come to receive the progress report on the stipulated date.
- Avoid sending wards to school with any ailment/infectious disease.
- Answer papers and test notebooks should be duly signed by parents after their perusal.
- No student should leave the school during school hours. In times of emergency, Parents have to seek permission of the Principal.
- The order of the exam schedule and the dates will be strictly adhered to.
- If the Government declares holiday through mass media, parents are expected to go by the order of the Government.
